Lodging options for ASHEcon ’16 are listed on the conference web site at http://ldi.upenn.edu/ashecon2016/accommodations.

Here, you can submit a reservation request for overnight accommodations are available at one of the on-campus student housing apartments. The apartments are air conditioned, furnished, multi occupancy suites with private bedrooms and shared living spaces in in a high-rise building on campus.

Residence hall includes full linen package, consisting of sheet set, towels, washcloths, pillow and blankets. (Complimentary welcome kit with shampoo, soap, etc. is included).

Housing is limited to persons attending the conference. No family housing is available.

Accommodations:

The rate is $85.00 per person per night for single or double occupancy per room (including taxes and fees). There is a maximum of four (4) guests in a two bedroom apartment.

All guests will have the opportunity to have a single room if space is available. In the event that space is not available, then some will have to share rooms. If you do not request a specific roommate on this reservation, you will be randomly paired with a roommate of the same gender.

Each guest is expected to pay $22.00 each for a TempCard which allows access to the residence hall.

Lost Key is $200.00 per key.

Parking is $36 per day (Paid directly to parking attendant).

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be made for “No shows” and early departure. Cancellations must be received by May 30, 2016; otherwise it will result in forfeiture of your reservation.
