Since the inaugural ASHEcon conference in 2006, the conference has doubled in size. It continues to grow each year; attendance was up by 20% in 2016. Starting in 2018, the ASHEcon Conference became an annual event due to increased interest and participation.
The ASHEcon conference is the only inclusive setting that allows primarily US-based health economists to gather for an intensive meeting at which they can present their research and participate in professional development and networking activities.

Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship – $25,000 SOLD
A co-branded diversity and inclusion scholarship will be created in your name to help students and young professionals from racial and ethnic groups historically underrepresented at the conference attend the conference. ASHEcon will work with the sponsor to set the scholarship parameters. This is a great opportunity to showcase your organization’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Conference App – $7,500 SOLD
Be the exclusive sponsor of the 2020 Conference App and have your company logo prominently displayed on the screen every time an attendee logs on! Advertising within the mobile app will be exclusively for the app sponsor and ASHEcon.
Mentoring Lunch – $5,000 (2 available)
Help students and young professionals as they build their career. You’ll be given the opportunity to introduce your organization to more than 100+ attendees. Senior economists will interact with students through semi structured meetings. Table tents with your organization’s logo will be placed on each table. ASHEcon will also send 2 email blasts to all mentoring lunch attendees on your behalf. The sponsor will be recognized during the opening plenary welcome remarks.
Opening Reception – $10,000 (2 available) SOLD
Welcome all conference attendees on the evening of Sunday, June 7th. Increase visibility with signage throughout the hall as well as a speaking opportunity to welcome the guests.
Poster Happy Hour – $5,000 (3 available)
Your company will host this social event that closes the second of the conference. During the Poster Happy Hour, poster presenters will mingle with conference attendees, sharing their research while also networking with colleagues and decision-makers.
Conference Lanyards – $5,000
Your organization’s name and logo will appear on the lanyard of every registration badge. This is a great opportunity to see your organization’s logo around the neck of 1,000+ attendees.
Satellite Coffee Station – $2,000 (2 available)
So attendees can enjoy a quick cup of coffee between sessions, this
year we’ll feature satellite coffee stations in the main areas of the
conference sessions. Sponsorship of a coffee station includes
signage on the table and cups branded with your organization’s logo.
There will be three stations available on each day of the conference.
Hotel Key Cards – $5,000 SOLD!
Your organization’s logo will be placed on the keycard to all attendees’ hotel rooms. This is a great opportunity for your organization’s name and logo to be in the hands of each attendee!
Pre-Conference Workshops – $5,000
Host a pre-conference workshop. The sponsor will work with the work with the Conference Planning Committee to brainstorm topics, suggest faculty speakers, and develop the list of invited participants.
Conference Water Bottles – $5,000
Your organization’s name and logo will appear on water bottles available to all attendees. The bottles will be placed in conference bags.
The Hub Lounge Station – $3,500 (1 available)
Offer attendees a place to recharge themselves and their devices. This sponsorship includes a branded charging table near the exhibit hall and session rooms.
Relaxation Station – $10,000
Pamper and rejuvenate conference attendees with the gift of a complimentary massage. Help attendees take a break with licensed professional massage therapists.
Collateral Table – $1,000
Provide conference attendees with promotional materials or gifts to be placed on the collateral table by the registration desk.

2020 Advertising Opportunities
There will be one platform for advertisements at the 2019 ASHEcon Conference – the digital preliminary program. The digital preliminary program on ashecon.org will be seen by everyone who registers for the conference, comes to the site to get hotel information, or looks at the program agenda. The digital ads come with a link back to your website. The schedule-at-a-glance and the conference app will be seen and used by all conference attendees. Both are exclusive sponsorship and will only feature ads from the sponsor and ASHEcon.
Please see the advertisement specification below for particulars on formats for the online digital ads. The deadline for reserving and submitting ads in the digital preliminary program is May 15th.

2020 Employer Booths
All institutions with an interest in hiring are welcome to sign up for an employer information booth. A current open position is not required to participate. The informal environment is designed to be flexible to fit the meeting schedule of attendees and offers the opportunity to meet with employers to learn more about their institutions, as well as currently open or future positions. This is a great opportunity to get a sneak peak at students that will be on the job market in the coming year.
Booths ill be open 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday, June 8th – Tuesday, June 9th and Wednesday, June 10th from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. This time is not meant for one-on-one interviews or extended discussions with a single candidate.

Is there a fee?
Yes. There is a fee to reserve a booth.
Will there be Wi-Fi and/or electricity?
There will be Wi-Fi in the hall. However, power will not be provided. Power will have to be purchased through the AV provider.
How many people can be at the booth?
You can have up to two representatives from your institution at your booth. Booths will be 10’x10’ with one six-foot table and chairs.
What can I bring to my booth?
You may bring any materials you wish to promote your institution including, but not limited to, tablecloths, posters, pamphlets, displays, etc. As a reminder, there will be Wi-Fi in the area. However, power will not be provided. Power can be purchased through the AV provider.
