Assistant or Associate Professor, Center for Health Economics of Treatment Interventions for Substance Use Disorder, HCV, and HIV

The Center for Health Economics of Treatment Interventions for Substance Use Disorder, HCV, and HIV (CHERISH) located in the Department of Healthcare Policy & Research at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City invites applicants with a record of significant research accomplishments in the health economics and policy of substance use disorders for a faculty position.

Our Center focuses on substance use health economics research applied to clinical decision making and policy implementation, and we highly value candidates with relevant experience conducting economic research alongside clinical trials and cohort studies. The successful applicant will have a Ph.D. or an MD plus additional graduate training (Ph.D., MPH, MS, MBA, or fellowship); strong communication skills; an established record of interdisciplinary work; a demonstrated ability to mentor students, post-doctoral researchers, and junior faculty; and evidence of success in obtaining extramural funding independently and/or as an integral member of a productive research team.
