Registration Open for ASHEcon Virtual Conference!

Dear ASHEcon Members and Friends,

We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2020 ASHEcon Virtual Conference. The conference will be held virtually from June 8-9, 2020 via the Zoom online platform. The conference will feature Plenary Lectures, Emerging Scholar sessions, panels on current policy topics, and opportunities for coffee and conversation. You can find  the virtual conference agenda here.

Registration for the 2020 ASHEcon Virtual Conference is open from now until June 4th, 2020.

Given the circumstances, we are only charging nominal registration fees to help defray the expense of the virtual conference. The registration fee is $50 for members and $100 for non-members. However, we do not wish to impose financial hardship on any of our members who are facing financial constraints. Therefore, the registration fee for members is voluntary. Ongoing ASHEcon operations rely on conference registration fees so if you are able to pay, we thank you in advance for doing so. You may purchase or renew your ASHEcon membership here.

Please note that if you have already registered for the conference,  and made a request that your registration be refunded, donated, or credited towards the ASHEcon 2021 conference, you don’t need to register again in the system. You must contact us at to process your registration. As a reminder, you have until June 1st  to let us know how you want to proceed (refund, partial refund or donation) with the original registration.

All sessions will be held via Zoom. You will find the links for all conference sessions in your conference registration confirmation follow-up email (including the conference password), the ASHEcon website and through the Confex Meeting app . You’ll receive the follow up email on Friday, June 5th.

If you do not have a Zoom account you will need to download Zoom and create an account. When you download Zoom , you will be prompted to create an account.

We have an outstanding lineup for the 2020 ASHEcon conference that we’re confident attendees will find stimulating and valuable. Please contact with any questions or issues.

We look forward to seeing you online!
